Epoxy Floor & Concrete Coating Contractors in Kansas City, Missouri

Kansas City is famous for barbecue, jazz and fountains, and it offers plenty of landmarks. The Country Club Plaza’s Spanish-style architecture, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art with its giant shuttlecocks, Union Station, and the National WWI Museum and Memorial atop Liberty Memorial hill are all icons. The 18th and Vine Jazz District, the River Market, the Crossroads Arts District, Loose Park’s rose garden and the sprawling Swope Park, home to the Kansas City Zoo, round out a city of distinct neighborhoods.

KC’s climate is a mix of extremes. Summers are hot and humid with strong storms, and winters bring snow, ice and frequent freeze–thaw swings. The city and suburbs use plenty of salt and brine, which ends up on garage floors and driveways, where it soaks into bare concrete and causes flaking. Clay soils shift with seasonal moisture and can crack slabs, and older neighborhoods often have damp basements.

Projects Across the Metro

• Garages in Northland, south KC and Brookside neighborhoods, coated with flake and polyaspartic for winter protection.
• Basements in older homes, with moisture testing and vapor-tolerant epoxy.
• Breweries, restaurants and loft conversions in the Crossroads and West Bottoms, using polished concrete, metallic epoxy or urethane cement.
• Warehouses and distribution centers that need heavy-duty, chemical-resistant floors.
