Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Decorative Concrete Kingdom (decorativeconcretekingdom.com) (the “Site”), operated by Incredible Products, LLC, doing business as The Concrete Protector (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you create an account, claim or add a listing, or buy Premium, you also agree to the contractor terms below.

1. What the Site is

The Site is a directory that helps people find decorative concrete and coatings contractors. Contractors are independent businesses. We are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor, and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee their work.

2. Homeowners and visitors

  • Listing information, prices, ratings and reviews are provided by contractors, third parties or public sources, and may be incomplete or out of date. Price ranges and the cost calculator are estimates only, not quotes.
  • You are responsible for choosing a contractor, checking licenses and insurance, and agreeing on scope, price and warranty directly with them.
  • When you request a quote you agree that we and the contractor (and other contractors who can help) may contact you about your project by phone, text or email.

3. Contractor accounts and listings

  • You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You may only claim or manage a listing for a business you own or are authorized to represent. We may ask for proof and may approve, deny or reverse a claim at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for everything you publish on your listing. You confirm you have the rights to the photos, logos and text you upload, and that reviews you post are from real customers. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format and promote that content on the Site and in our marketing of the directory.
  • Free listings may include business information from public sources and may be shown with general content, typical prices and other nearby contractors.
  • We may edit, hide or remove listings or content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, infringing or otherwise violates these Terms.

4. Premium plans and billing

  • Price: Premium is offered monthly or yearly at the price shown on the Pricing page at the time you buy (currently $9 per month or $99 per year, plus any applicable taxes).
  • Automatic renewal: Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the card on file is charged the then-current renewal price, until you cancel. By purchasing you authorize these recurring charges.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel any time from your contractor dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid, then the listing returns to the free plan.
  • Refunds: payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide otherwise in our discretion. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.
  • Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we may suspend Premium features until a valid card is provided.
  • Price changes: we may change prices for future periods. We will give notice before a change affects your renewal.
  • Placement: Premium features such as featured placement improve visibility but do not guarantee any number of leads, calls or jobs.
  • Payments are processed by Authorize.net. Card numbers are sent directly to them and are not stored by us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: post false, misleading or fake content or reviews; impersonate another business; scrape, copy or resell directory data; send spam through the Site; interfere with the Site’s security or operation; or use the Site for anything unlawful.

6. Our content

The Site’s design, text, graphics, software and the directory as a compilation belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE ANY CONTRACTOR, PRODUCT OR SERVICE LISTED ON THE SITE, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY OR LEGALITY OF ANY CONTRACTOR’S WORK.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY DEALINGS WITH A CONTRACTOR OR CUSTOMER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your listing, your work for customers, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site or your listing at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
