Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Incredible Products, LLC, doing business as The Concrete Protector (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use Decorative Concrete Kingdom (decorativeconcretekingdom.com), a directory that connects homeowners and businesses with decorative concrete and coatings contractors.

Information we collect

Homeowners and visitors

  • Quote requests: your name, phone number, email address and project details when you request a quote, plus the listing and page you sent it from.
  • Searches: the city, ZIP code or state you search for, used to show nearby contractors.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar technical information collected by our servers and cookies.

Contractors

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted) when you create an account, claim a listing or add a business.
  • Listing content: business name, address, service area, website, social links, hours, photos, reviews, prices and other details you add to your profile. This content is public.
  • Billing: when you buy Premium, your card is entered into a secure form provided by our payment processor, Authorize.net. Your card number goes directly to Authorize.net and is never stored on our servers. We receive and keep the plan, amounts, transaction and subscription IDs, the last four digits of the card, billing name and ZIP code.

How we use information

  • To run the directory, show listings and route quote requests to our team and, for Premium listings, to the contractor.
  • To verify listing claims and manage contractor accounts.
  • To process Premium payments and renewals and send receipts and billing notices.
  • To send service emails such as claim confirmations, account notices and payment receipts.
  • To protect the site, prevent fraud and spam, and improve the directory.
  • To comply with law.

How we share information

  • With contractors: quote requests you submit are shared with the contractor you contacted and may be shared with other contractors who can help with your project.
  • Service providers: companies that host the site, send email and process payments (including Authorize.net), under obligations to protect your information.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, property or safety.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, protect forms from spam and measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features (like logging in) will not work without them.

Maps and third-party content

Maps on the site use OpenStreetMap tiles, and location search uses the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service. Those services receive your IP address and the map area or search text when the page loads them. Links to contractor websites and social media take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We keep account and listing information while your account is active and for a reasonable time afterward. We keep billing records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Quote requests are kept as long as needed to deliver them and handle follow-up.

Your choices

  • Contractors can update listing details from their dashboard at any time and cancel Premium from the dashboard.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to remove a listing, by emailing [email protected]. We may keep some information where the law requires it.
  • You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it. Service emails about your account or payments are not optional while you have an account.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a PCI-compliant payment processor, to protect your information. No system is completely secure.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
