Epoxy Floor & Concrete Coating Contractors in Moorestown, New Jersey

Moorestown is a historic township in Burlington County, with Quaker roots going back to the 1600s. Main Street is lined with colonial and Victorian buildings, shops and restaurants, and the Perkins Center for the Arts hosts exhibitions and classes. Strawbridge Lake Park offers walking paths, fishing and open space, and the township’s tree-lined neighborhoods and preserved farmland give it a classic small-town feel. Philadelphia is a short drive away across the Delaware River. The township has been named among the best places to live in America by national magazines, a reputation built on its schools, parks and preserved historic character.

Moorestown’s housing includes historic homes, mid-century neighborhoods and newer subdivisions, many with basements and attached garages, along with large properties with outbuildings.

Old Homes, Cold Winters

Moorestown’s historic homes often have basements and garages with decades-old concrete, complete with cracks, stains and moisture coming up through the slab. Some older floors are better served by a breathable sealer than a full coating. Winters bring snow, ice and salt from township roads, which damages bare garage floors as it freezes and thaws, and summers are hot and humid. A careful contractor will test moisture and choose the right system for each space.
