Epoxy Floor & Concrete Coating Contractors in Mount Angel, Oregon

Mount Angel is a small city in Marion County with a strong Bavarian heritage. It is best known for the Mount Angel Oktoberfest, one of the largest harvest festivals in the Northwest, held each September, and for the Glockenspiel in the town center, where carved figures parade on the hour. Mount Angel Abbey, a Benedictine monastery founded in the 1880s, crowns a hill above town with a library and views across the valley. Farmland, hop fields and nurseries surround the city, and Silver Falls State Park lies to the southeast.

The mid-Willamette Valley’s rainy season keeps slabs damp much of the year, and moss and mildew grow on patios and walkways. Winters bring frost and fog, and summers are warm and dry. Homes in town range from older houses to newer subdivisions, and the surrounding agricultural properties have shops, barns and processing buildings.

Mount Angel Projects

• Restaurants, beer halls and shops in the downtown that see heavy festival crowds
• Agricultural, hop and nursery buildings on surrounding farms
• Garages and shops on homes in town
• Covered patios and walkways needing slip-resistant finishes

Commercial spaces that host big crowds benefit from seamless floors that are easy to clean and stand up to spills. Agricultural buildings call for thick, durable coatings with broadcast textures. For homes, a moisture test and a flake garage system are a solid combination. Because Mount Angel is small, many contractors serving Salem, Silverton and Woodburn also work here.
