Epoxy Floor & Concrete Coating Contractors in Mount Juliet, Tennessee

Mount Juliet is a fast-growing city in western Wilson County, east of Nashville, framed by two lakes. Old Hickory Lake runs along its northern edge, and Long Hunter State Park on Percy Priest Lake lies to the south, with trails, fishing and paddling. Providence Marketplace has become a major shopping destination, and Charlie Daniels Park, named for the country and Southern rock star who lived here, is a favorite community gathering spot.

Middle Tennessee’s humid summers push moisture vapor through slabs on grade, and lakeside lots often add higher water tables. The area’s thin soils over limestone can shift and crack concrete, and winters bring occasional ice storms and freezes. Spring storms can be severe, with heavy rain and occasional tornado warnings.

Mount Juliet Coating Projects

Many homes in Mount Juliet are newer, with large attached garages and outdoor living spaces, and many owners have boats or lake gear to store.

• Attached garages in newer subdivisions, finished with flake polyaspartic
• Boat and toy garages that need chemical-resistant, easy-to-clean floors
• Pool decks, patios and outdoor kitchens with UV-stable, slip-resistant coatings
• Retail and restaurant spaces around Providence and the city’s commercial corridors

New-construction slabs often benefit from coating early, before oil stains, tire marks and red clay dust set in. Ask contractors whether your slab has cured long enough and what prep they recommend.
