Epoxy Floor & Concrete Coating Contractors in Spring Hill, Tennessee

Spring Hill straddles the line between Maury and Williamson counties, about 30 miles south of Nashville. The town is best known for its large General Motors assembly plant, originally built for Saturn, which helped turn a small farming community into one of the fastest-growing cities in the state. Rippavilla Plantation preserves a piece of Civil War history, and the Duck River, which flows through neighboring Columbia, gives residents room to fish and paddle.

Spring Hill’s location in Middle Tennessee brings hot, humid summers and mild winters with occasional ice storms and hard freezes. Moisture vapor rises through slabs on grade, and clay soils over limestone can shift and crack driveways and garage floors. Spring storms can be severe, and strong summer sun breaks down coatings that are not UV-stable.

Spring Hill Coating Projects

Most homes in Spring Hill are relatively new, built on slabs with attached two- and three-car garages. Many homeowners want their garages finished early, before oil stains, tire marks and red clay dust set in.

• Attached garages in new subdivisions, finished with flake polyaspartic systems
• Home gyms and workshops set up in garages and bonus spaces
• Patios, pool decks and porches with UV-stable, slip-resistant coatings
• Industrial and supplier facilities tied to the area’s auto manufacturing

New slabs need time to cure before they can be coated, so ask contractors how long your concrete has been in place and what testing they will do before starting. Proper grinding and moisture checks keep the coating bonded for the long haul.
