Sharing a review of Kleencrete Overlay Solutions. I've used Kleencrete to upgrade my basement floor using Graniflex floor covering. I couldn't be more happier !!!! Kleencrete was professional, explained the different products out on the market and matched the floor covering to what I was trying to accomplish. Kleencrete described the various steps, answered my questions, got back to me with the product information and quote in a timely manner. It's been over six months since the Graniflex was applied and it looks spectacular. I worked with Justin and Nathan on my basement concrete project. We knew we wanted our basement floor stained and sealed rather than carpet or LVP for the aesthetics and the ease of maintenance. Justin performed the initial quote for me and I could recognize his level of knowledge and experience. I collected quotes from other companies as well, and ultimately decided on Anthem because I thought I'd get the best quality work. The payment and scheduling process was quick and easy. Justin provided color options for the stain along with photos of completed work, which was very helpful in choosing the perfect color stain.Justin and Nathan were communicative and arrived when they said they would. They were professional, courteous and tidy. They took extra care during the process to check in and get our thoughts to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Due to an unexpected opening in their schedule, we even got our job done a week ahead of schedule!!They stained our basement floor with the Bark Brown stain and sealed with a matte finish. My wife and I are very happy with the floor and the exceptional quality, and are looking forward to continuing our project ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend using Anthem.

Kyle from Astalos Luxury Floor Coatings was very prompt in getting back to me about an estimate. Upon arrival, he did not try to upsell us on anything we weren't looking for. He listened to what we were looking to do and gave us the best options to select from, without the pressure of having to know right there on the spot to get started. Kyle kept us informed with updates while waiting for the supplies to arrive and gave me plenty of notice for us to empty the garage. They showed up on time to start and kept us informed along the way with the two day process. Even after the floor was done, Kyle would call to check up, answered any questions we had, and ensured we were 100% satisfied with the floor. Kyle personally came out to inspect the floor days after it was done and made sure everything was perfect. Floor looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with the process. Briggs Animal Adoption Center (BAAC) is a program of the non-profit organization The National Humane Education Society (NHES), located in Charles Town WV. We have tried different types of floor coatings in our kennels over the past 20 years and none of these have been durable. We have used epoxy paint and ceramic tile. In our search for a better floor covering, we met with many different contractors. Some of the contractors seemed knowledgeable and professional while others were less than helpful. We chose Tailored Concrete Coatings to perform the work here for a number of reasons. We primarily chose Tailored because of Dylan’s knowledge, professionalism and ‘can-do’ attitude. All appointments were kept and on time, phones calls were answered or promptly returned. The vehicles and trailer are clean and well done with graphics. I believe some of the contractors that looked at the work were perhaps disinterested or fearful of the project because of the irregular spaces and special requirements. Dylan was confident in what his company could do and was more than agreeable to the scheduling limitations that a full kennel required. The tradesmen were all polite, respectful and skilled in their work. There were a few unforeseen challenges in the project but Dylan worked each one out and we are very satisfied with the end result. We highly recommend Dylan and his company as their work and professionalism are top notch.

I hired Reeve's Concrete to get my home's slab ready for LVP after multiple contractor's previous attempts at flattening the slab came up short. David and his crew are some of the most consummate professionals I have met in a very long journey of home remodeling. They set fair expectations, kept in close communication and used high quality equipment to achieve the desired result.Prepping concrete specifically for floating floors is not something they had previous experience on and there were some nuances that we had to tackle. But the willingness to listen and find solutions to reach the desired result is something I simply have not encountered much at all.Whatever your concrete problems are, if it's a service Reeve's provides or is will to attempt, you can expect it to be performed to a high standard.

It has been my pleasure to have done business with Armando and his family for over 10 years and once again he and his craftsmen have hit the mark. Our project was a remodel consisting of installing 4 foot by 2 foot Turkish tile with a bar front of hand painted tiles imported from Spain. In addition, our shower was to be remodeled as well on the horizontal with the difficulty of matching existing mosaic tiles. A plan was made to do the project and we booked Armando 2 months in advance. He and his crew showed up EVERY day for 3 weeks straight commencing at 8AM and shutting down by 430 PM. The workers are clean, professional, funny and personable who take their time to ensure that every detail of the job is done to perfection and leave their workspace clean...EVERYDAY. Armando showed up periodically to ensure the work was going according to plan and is sincerely one of the nicest gentleman in the industry. Our project is not over and we have re-hired Tile and Stone service to complete an outside tile project with starts this Month. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Armando for your next tile project, so that you don't have to worry and you can leave him and his crew unattended because he is trustworthy...plain and simple. I implore you to contact him on your next tile or stone project whether it is commercial, residential or involves concrete coatings. He is a true craftsman who indeed take pride in his work.

My repair was not a simple floor repair. We tried to cover the flawed concrete patio floor with indoor/outdoor carpet which made matters worse. Floor warriors had to remove the old surface and carpet glue before starting to install the new surface. All while dealing with unfavorable weather conditions.The floor looks great. THANKS

Dan helped us with a time sensitive operation in our new Philadelphia Rock Gym location in Malvern last spring. I used Enhanced Concrete Surfaces to grind and polish the concrete floor in my garage as part of a renovation.I converted the space into a home office. They did an excellent job describing the process before hand and explained each step along the way. The owner, Dan Clune, is meticulous, reliable and super knowledgable. It has now been 3 years since having our garage floor done, just like the last 2 years, cleaning the salt, grease, gas and oil off the floor was easy, all we did was use our power washer. If you have a garage floor that is cracked etc., this is the way to go.

Highly professional experience! My concrete front steps, porch, and walkway were in such terribly cracked, broken, and discolored condition that I expected to start saving for brand new construction. Joe from Kleenscaping was outstanding and did excellent work on my property. I had him design and landscape my entire front and side yards as I just moved into a new home last winter. He took the time to come to my house several times and go over the design to make sure I liked it and was happy with it. He has superb knowledge with the different types of shrubs, bushes, and trees and knew exactly where to plant them to ensure there won't be overgrowth in the future. He continually kept me up-to-date with timeline and an estimate when he would be able to finish due to the unseasonably cold April weather we had. When I had a question or asked him to fix something in the mulch bed, he accommodated quickly and fixed what we asked. Pricing was very reasonable given what I had done as well. I will be asking him to come back eventually to landscape my backyard after I install a patio. I highly recommend Kleenscaping!
