Epoxy Floor & Concrete Coating Contractors in Addison, Texas

Addison packs a surprising amount into a small footprint just north of Dallas. The town is famous for its restaurant scene, with well over a hundred places to eat, and for Addison Circle Park, which hosts the big Kaboom Town fireworks show and the Taste Addison food festival. WaterTower Theatre anchors the arts side of town, Addison Airport serves corporate and private aircraft, and dense office towers and mid-rise apartments sit beside older single-family streets.
North Texas Ground and Summer Sun
Like much of the Dallas area, Addison sits on expansive Blackland Prairie clay that swells when wet and shrinks during dry spells. That movement opens hairline cracks in slabs, driveways and patios over time, so surface prep and crack repair matter as much as the coating itself. Long, hot summers add strong UV exposure, which is why many owners choose polyaspartic topcoats that hold color instead of yellowing the way some epoxies do outdoors. Occasional winter ice storms bring sand and de-icer onto garage floors too.
Projects around town commonly include:

Restaurant kitchens and dining rooms that need seamless, cleanable, slip-resistant floors
Townhome and condo garages finished in flake systems for a clean, durable look
Office lobbies, corridors and retail suites using polished concrete or metallic epoxy
Patios and pool surrounds with cooler, textured decorative coatings

Restaurant owners usually care about how fast a floor can go back into service, while homeowners tend to focus on color, texture and how the finish handles hot tires. Ask each installer about cure times, prep methods and how they treat moving cracks in clay-soil slabs.
