Epoxy Floor & Concrete Coating Contractors in Chandler, Arizona

Chandler is a major East Valley city southeast of Phoenix, known as a technology hub anchored by Intel’s large campus. Downtown Chandler’s historic square has become a lively district of restaurants and shops, and the annual Ostrich Festival nods to the area’s past as an ostrich ranching center. Tumbleweed Park, Veterans Oasis Park and its wetlands, and nearby Gila River Indian Community lands provide open space on the city’s edges.

East Valley Heat on Slab Foundations

Chandler’s desert climate brings long, extremely hot summers, intense UV and a monsoon season with dust storms and sudden rain. Concrete gets hot enough to burn bare feet, and coatings that are not UV-stable fade and chalk. Soils in parts of the city include expansive clay and caliche, which can crack slabs and driveways. In garages, hot tires can lift poorly bonded coatings right off the floor.

That is why most Chandler homeowners choose properly ground, primed polyaspartic systems with UV-stable topcoats.

• Garages from Ocotillo to the older neighborhoods near downtown, finished with flake polyaspartic
• Pool decks resurfaced with cool-deck or light-colored textured coatings
• Covered patios and outdoor kitchens with decorative overlays
• Tech, office and manufacturing floors that need durable, clean surfaces

Many Chandler garages double as workshops, gyms or storage, so a coating that resists stains and cleans up easily is a big upgrade.
